How does NCsoft hand out punishment

Im just wondering where the consistency in punishment is.Say you buy 3m kinah back in oct, now in feb your level 50, you have half your fenril set. All of a sudden bam, your banned. They give you back your account but strip all the gear, take out half your mats in the warehouse, say you have 15m on your account, they take all of it. Then leave you white gear. Wont reset your fenril quests, so you’ll never get a full fenril set again.Cant tell you how many times Ive heard this in the past 2 months. I mean is it lets get high in the office and hand out punishments today, this should be funny. The question that arises is simple: If such bosses are more easy with a sin instead of a templar, whats is the use of the templar-class then anyways? Not only that he has problems keeping aggro against sins or sorcs, but also he gets more damage. Of course a sin gets slightly more damage from normal hits, but he can dodge the casts/nukes of the mobs, which usually do a lot more damage.

A Templar in PvP is another matter, but i personally know only one templar on my server who is good in PvP. So, isnt the current templar class obsolete? Shouldnt NCSoft buff him a lot, so he get more useful? I personally do think so. Increse his dps, increase his taunt-skills and give him some skills that make him surperior over the other non-tank classes in pvp and pve.
